Jet ski rentals in Destin typically start at $65 per hour for a single-rider watercraft. Two-person waverunners run $80β$100/hour. Most companies offer half-day and full-day packages with significant discounts. Always book in advance during peak summer months.
The Destin Harbor and East Pass offer calm, protected waters ideal for beginners. For more open-water adventure, head to the Gulf side near Henderson Beach State Park. The intercoastal waterway also offers miles of scenic riding away from Gulf waves.
Riders must be at least 18 years old to operate a jet ski in Florida (16 with adult supervision). A brief safety orientation is required. Approved life jackets are provided. Avoid swimming areas and respect no-wake zones around the harbor.
